On June 26, Mr. Rao Deda, Chairman of our College's Board of Trustees, led a delegation to visit China Light Industry Group Co., LTD (hereafter referred to as "CLI") in Beijing for exchange and discussion. He was accompanied by Mr. Liu Guosheng, Assistant to the President, and Ms. Wang Hongmei, Dean of the School of International Health. The delegation was warmly received by Ms. Ning Jing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee (presiding over Party work) of CLI, along with her leadership team. During the symposium, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics including "overseas industrial parks, overseas practical training bases, senior care specialty development, and pathways for targeted talent cultivation," reaching broad consensus on further deepening school-enterprise cooperation.

Ms. Ning Jing extended a warm welcome to Chairman Rao Deda and his delegation and proceeded to introduce the development history of CLI. She noted that CLI has long been engaged in overseas operations and possesses extensive experience in international business. She expressed the hope that CLI and the College would join forces to advance industry-education integration, leveraging CLI's advantages as a central state-owned enterprise in international operations, senior care industry development, and talent cultivation planning, so as to jointly serve the Belt and Road Initiative and facilitate the global engagement of Fenglin students.

Chairman Rao Deda spoke highly of CLI's achievements in recent years. He stated that the College would fully leverage its institutional flexibility, rely on the platform of the central state-owned enterprise, and precisely align with CLI's overseas business needs. By integrating educational resources into CLI's overseas projects, the College aims to build a shared production and technical service system and foster an industrial ecosystem for coordinated development. This approach not only addresses the bottleneck of overseas practical training faced by the College but also cultivates internationally-oriented reserve talent for the enterprise, representing a new pathway for exploring collaborative "going global" efforts between academia and industry.

In the next phase, the College will maintain close coordination with CLI to expand the scope of internationalized education, facilitate the implementation of substantive projects, and promote the organic integration of the education chain, talent chain, and industrial chain, jointly writing a new chapter of high-quality development in school-enterprise cooperation.
